It is very important to us that our participants are equipped for everyday life in Germany. Therefore, we regularly set aside time on Monday afternoons to address specific questions, such as: What are the salaries for different professions in Germany? Our participants often find it difficult to understand that in Germany, it’s not necessarily just work performance that counts, but that a vocational qualification automatically places you in a higher salary bracket. This system doesn’t exist in their home countries.

Our chairman, Klaus Andersen, was able to explain this connection clearly and convincingly. This made it clear why pursuing vocational training is very beneficial for life in Germany, even if it means accepting a period of lower income.
